Rotary Burrs
Since 1971, we have been designing and manufacturing carbide rotary burrs, focusing on quality, precision and reliability.
Over fifty years of experience have enabled us to refine our production processes, materials and quality controls to the point where we have achieved standards of excellence recognised throughout the industry.
The range includes tools available with 4 cut types and in 10 different shapes, to precisely meet every machining requirement.
- Close
ZYA - Cylindrical without end-cut
The ZYA shape rotary burr features a cylindrical geometry with a smooth, no end cut. This structural characteristic makes it the ideal tool for roughing and finishing flat surfaces or for machining external profiles, guaranteeing maximum safety.
ZYA/ST - Cylindrical with end-cut
The ZYA-ST shape rotary burr retains the cylindrical geometry of the ZYA model while adding an end cut (ST). This configuration makes it exceptionally versatile.
WRC - Cylindrical radius end
The WRC shape (cylindrical with radius end) rotary burr combines the surface leveling power of a cylindrical body with the versatility of a hemispherical head. This geometry makes it one of the most popular tools for deburring, contour finishing, and blending radiused corners.
KEL - Taper radius end
The KEL shape (taper with radius end) rotary burr features a conical geometry with a hemispherical tip, designed for precision deburring, blending internal radii, and shaping hard-to-reach contours.
RBF - Tree with radius end
The RBF shape (tree with radius end) rotary burr features an arched profile with a smoothly rounded tip, ideal for working on curved internal contours and tight radii
SPG - Tree with pointed end
The SPG shape (tree with pointed end) rotary burr features a tapered profile ending in a sharp tip, designed to reach into the tightest spaces. This geometry ensures high precision in narrow slots, acute angles, and deep blind cavities.
SKM - Conical
The SKM shape (cone) rotary burr features a tapered profile converging to a sharp tip, designed for countersinking holes, finishing prismatic geometries, and machining V-grooves.
KSK - 90° Conical
The KSK shape (90° conical) rotary burr features a countersink geometry designed for chamfering and deburring. It is the perfect tool for fast hole deburring, creating beveled screw seats, and finishing 90-degree sharp edges.
KSJ - 60° Conical
The KSJ shape (60° conical) rotary burr features a 60° countersink profile, ideal for precision countersinking, hole preparation, and fast deburring of straight edges.
TRE - Oval
The TRE shape (oval) rotary burr merges the advantages of spherical and tree geometries into a single, highly versatile tool. Its smooth profile is ideal for 3D modeling, mold finishing, and blending concave radii.
KUD - Ball
KUD shape (ball) rotary burr, ideal for hollowing out hemispherical cavities and finishing curved internal profiles. Its spherical geometry enables multi-directional material removal with maximum control, preventing sharp edges.
WKN - Inverted cone without end cut
WKN shape (inverted cone) rotary burr without end cut, ideal for machining undercuts, slots, and dovetails. The design without end cut protects the cavity bottom while finishing side walls.
WKN/ST - Inverted cone with end cut
WKN-ST shape inverted cone rotary burr with end cut. Combines undercut shaping with direct plunging. Ideal for multi-directional machining in tight spaces.
Mould, Tool and Die Making Rotary Burrs with End Cut
Carbide rotary burr selection for manual die and mold making. Superior resistance and extreme precision on alloyed, hardened steels, and high-hardness materials.
Groove Cutters at 90°
Designed for machining guides, slots, and prismatic seats. The 90° geometry allows chamfering internal edges and deburring tight spaces with a stable, chatter-free cut.
Disc Cutters with Radius
Specifically designed for machining undercuts, T-slots, and hard-to-reach internal profiles. The disc-shaped head with rounded edges allows milling and finishing of side channels while ensuring smooth transitions free of sharp corners.
It is the ideal tool for creating stress-relief fillets, delivering a stable cut and superior surface finish even in the tightest spaces.
Disc Cutters - Straight
Designed for profiling internal grooves, undercuts, and right-angled T-slots. The cylindrical disc head with sharp edges ensures maximum accuracy on orthogonal walls and deep channels.
