Fir Tree End Mill
The fir-tree attachment slot represents one of the most complex and critical geometric profiles in precision mechanical engineering. Primarily used in turbine discs and blade roots to ensure mechanical retention under extreme thermal stress and high centrifugal forces, this geometry demands exceptionally tight dimensional tolerances and surface finish requirements.
Our custom fir-tree end mills are developed directly from customer drawing specifications or DXF/CAD profiles of the slot to be machined.
