End Mills
Our range of end mills combines advanced engineering and high-performance materials to meet the most demanding machining requirements. From optimised geometries for composite materials (CFRP) to precision tools for hardened steels and mould machining, each solution is designed to maximise accuracy, efficiency and tool life. The range also includes dedicated cutters for light alloys and plastics, versatile universal tools for a wide variety of applications, high-performance solutions for superalloys, and PCD tools for superior wear resistance and surface finish.
Steel and Ferrous Metals Milling
Our universal end mills, available in 2-, 3- and 4-flute configurations, are designed to deliver maximum versatility across a wide range of materials and applications. Engineered for general-purpose machining, they provide an excellent balance between material removal rates and surface finish, ensuring reliable performance, easy set-up and high process efficiency.
Composite Materials Milling
These cutters are specifically engineered for machining composite materials such as CFRP, GFRP and fibreglass, as well as advanced plastics and difficult-to-machine materials including Kevlar® and honeycomb structures, where the unique characteristics of each material present demanding machining challenges.
Manufactured from premium micrograin carbide and available with ultra-hard CVD or PCD diamond coatings, these tools provide outstanding wear and abrasion resistance, ensuring extended tool life even in the most demanding applications.
The cutting geometries developed for this range are specifically engineered to address the challenges of composite machining, delivering clean cuts, reduced delamination and consistently high machining quality.
Plastic Milling
These end mills are specifically designed to deliver maximum efficiency when machining plastics and light alloys, including aluminium and its alloys, where temperature control and efficient chip evacuation are critical. Featuring high-helix geometries and sharp mirror-polished cutting edges, they minimise cutting forces, prevent material overheating and produce excellent surface finishes free from burrs and material build-up.
Light Alloys Milling (ALU)
Superalloys Milling
Designed for the challenges of heat-resistant superalloys (such as Inconel, titanium, and austenitic stainless steels), these end mills combine a tough carbide substrate with high-thermal-resistance coatings. This synergy counters work hardening and dissipates high operating temperatures. The optimized cutting-edge geometry ensures maximum stability, reduces thermal shock, and significantly extends tool life even under the most demanding cutting conditions.
Mould Cutters
Designed for tempered steels and moulds, these milling cutters offer maximum rigidity thanks to their reinforced core and optimised geometries.
The high-strength coating and the precision of the shank ensure stability, excellent surface finishes and extended service life, even in the most demanding machining operations.
PCD milling cutters
Our PCD (polycrystalline diamond) tools are the best choice for machining ultra-abrasive materials.
Thanks to the extreme hardness of the cutting edge, they offer outstanding wear resistance, ensuring maximum productivity, consistent dimensional accuracy and superior surface finishes, even during the longest and most demanding production runs.
