These cutters are specifically engineered for machining composite materials such as CFRP, GFRP and fibreglass, as well as advanced plastics and difficult-to-machine materials including Kevlar® and honeycomb structures, where the unique characteristics of each material present demanding machining challenges.

Manufactured from premium micrograin carbide and available with ultra-hard CVD or PCD diamond coatings, these tools provide outstanding wear and abrasion resistance, ensuring extended tool life even in the most demanding applications.

The cutting geometries developed for this range are specifically engineered to address the challenges of composite machining, delivering clean cuts, reduced delamination and consistently high machining quality.
