Straight Flute Z=4 for Manual and CNC Drilling
Engineered to eliminate the risk of delamination and fraying of carbon fibre in any configuration: long, short, woven, or unidirectional.
The Z=4 straight-flute geometry balances cutting forces and eliminates axial thrust, preventing layer separation. Thanks to its extraordinary stability, it guarantees clean, burr-free holes both on CNC machining centers and during delicate manual drilling operations.
Available with Cer-DLC coating, an ultra-low friction film that protects the cutting edge from the extreme abrasiveness of carbon, increasing tool life and optimizing powder evacuation.
