3 Flutes Endmill with Front Geometry for Better Finish(45° Right Helix)
Designed to ensure the highest productivity standards and a superior surface finish, this Z=3 right helix cutter is the ideal choice for high-speed machining on aluminium and light alloys. The irregular three-flute geometry distributes the cutting forces in an exceptionally balanced manner, minimising mechanical stress and eliminating harmonic vibrations even during heavy material removal.
The mirror-polished flutes ensure rapid upward chip evacuation and eliminate thermal friction to prevent built-up edge.
The front geometry allows complex drilling, ramp milling, full-slot pocketing, and subsequent perimeter trimming to be performed in a single setup, optimising cycle times. Furthermore, the specific front geometry guarantees an excellent surface finish during facing operations, eliminating the irregularities and marks typical of face machining.
This cutter features a 45° right helix angle, engineered to maximize cutting smoothness and surface finish quality.
