Single Flute Endmill for Alluminium (Left Helix - Right Cut)

Single-flute end mill with left helix and right-hand cut for aluminium and light alloys.

Engineered to solve clamping and finishing challenges on thin or flexible materials, this single-flute cutter combines a right-hand cut with a left helix geometry. This specific inverted configuration exerts a downward axial thrust during the cutting action: the resulting "presser" effect stabilises the workpiece against the work surface, preventing lifting, vibrations, or the shifting of smaller components, even without high-power vacuum clamping systems.

The left helix directs chips towards the bottom, ensuring a perfectly clean top edge on the panel, free of burrs. The single cutting edge, mirrAvailable in a wide range of sizes.or-polished to reduce thermal friction, prevents material adhesion on the tool, commonly known as built-up edge. It is the ideal tool for CNC material removal and shaping operations.
