Z=2 HPC Up&Down Cutter for CFRP Milling
Our HPC Up&Down end mills for fiberglass, featuring opposed helix geometry, represent engineering excellence for trimming and contouring multilayer composite panels.
This configuration generates converging cutting forces that compress the fibres towards the centre of the material, resulting in a flawless finish free from burrs and delamination on every surface. Furthermore, the two-flute geometry ensures high-productivity material removal.
Available both uncoated and with ultra-high hardness Cer-taC coating for exceptional resistance to abrasive wear.
