2 Flutes Endmill (45° Right Helix)
The evolution of the standard double-flute geometry, this Z=2 cutter features a 45° right helix designed to maximise cutting smoothness and finish quality on plastics and technopolymers. This steep helix angle increases the progressive contact between the cutting edge and the material, turning the entry impact into an ultra-smooth shearing action that eliminates vibrations and delivers a premium surface finish.
Recommended for CNC and router machining of PMMA (Plexiglas), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE).
Its advanced front geometry allows drilling, ramping, pocketing from solid, and perimeter trimming in a single setup, significantly cutting cycle times.
