3 Flutes Endmill (Left Helix, Right Hand Cut)
Designed to combine high productivity with maximum clamping stability on flexible or thin materials, this cutter features a Z=3 left-helix right-cut geometry. The triple-helix design symmetrically distributes cutting forces, minimising vibrations and enabling extremely high feed rates.
During machining, the left-hand helix generates a constant downward thrust. This "presser" effect stabilises panels or smaller parts against the work surface, eliminating any lifting or shifting even without a high-power vacuum. The chip is directed downwards, leaving the top surface perfectly clean, burr-free, and completely free from splintering.
Thanks to mirror-polished flutes, chips are evacuated rapidly, preventing any heat buildup or clogging that could compromise the finished part.
Recommended for precision contouring and shaping with CNC machines and routers on PMMA (Plexiglas), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE).
