3 Flutes Endmill (Right Helix)
Designed to ensure the highest productivity standards and a superior surface finish, this Z=3 right helix cutter is the ideal choice for high-speed machining on reinforced technopolymers and rigid plastics. The three-flute geometry distributes the cutting forces in an exceptionally balanced manner, minimising mechanical stress and eliminating harmonic vibrations even during heavy material removal.
Although compact, the three flutes are carefully proportioned and mirror-polished to maximise the upward lift of the right-hand helix: chips are evacuated continuously and smoothly, preventing heat buildup and the risk of polymer melting. The action of the three cutting edges performs a progressive, close micro-shearing that cuts the material with absolute precision, delivering bright perimeter walls, sharp profiles, and surfaces free of burrs or micro-cracks.
Optimised for high-dynamic CNC machining centres, it delivers maximum performance in contouring, facing, and pocketing nylon, Delrin (POM), ABS, polycarbonate, and glass-reinforced plastics.
