3 Flutes Endmill (Straight)
Developed to offer maximum cutting neutrality and eliminate any lifting or crushing forces on the workpiece, this Z=3 cutter is distinguished by its straight (axial) flute geometry. With no helix angle, the tool discharges cutting forces radially during machining: this dynamic stability makes it the best choice for cutting plastic films, thin sheets, and flexible materials that would tend to lift or vibrate under a traditional helix.
Recommended for CNC and router machining of PMMA (Plexiglas), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE).
