Single-Flute Endmill for Plexiglass and Polishing (Right Helix)
Single-flute right-hand helix end mill designed for machining a wide range of plastics.
Specifically developed to meet the highest aesthetic standards required by the sign-making and visual communications industries. The balanced cutting geometry, highly polished cutting edge and ultra-fine-grain carbide minimise harmonic vibration during machining, delivering clean edges and polished finishes on PMMA (acrylic), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, nylon and polyethylene (PE).
The polished flute ensures rapid evacuation of thermoplastic chips, preventing them from melting or welding to the cutting edge.
The specially designed end geometry enables drilling, ramping, pocketing from solid and subsequent profile cutting in a single setup, reducing cycle times and eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
