Single-Flute Endmill (Right Helix)
Single-flute right-hand helix end mill designed for machining a wide range of plastics.
This range of end mills has been developed with an aggressive cutting geometry, making it ideal for high-speed material removal, trimming and grooving operations on CNC machining centres and CNC routers. It delivers clean edges, polished sidewalls and completely burr-free finishes on PMMA (acrylic), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, nylon and polyethylene (PE).
The polished flute ensures rapid evacuation of thermoplastic chips, preventing them from melting or welding to the cutting edge.
The specially designed end geometry enables drilling, ramping, pocketing from solid and subsequent profile cutting in a single setup, reducing cycle times and eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
Available in a comprehensive range of sizes.
