T-Slot Cutter
Developed with a multi-flute design (Z6 to Z10 depending on diameter), these cutters incorporate our exclusive irregular pitch and variable helix technology: an asymmetrical geometry that disrupts harmonic resonance and minimises harmful vibration, even during interrupted cuts or deep groove machining. The right-hand helix ensures smooth chip evacuation, reducing the risk of chip clogging.
These T-slot cutters combine a steel shank with a brazed solid carbide head. This construction improves vibration damping and helps absorb spindle vibrations, enhancing machining stability.
To ensure maximum mechanical safety under high torsional loads and prevent slipping, the entire range is manufactured exclusively with a Weldon shank. All tools are supplied as standard with our latest-generation Cer-Y TiAlCrN PVD coating, providing excellent heat resistance and extended tool life.
